1. Do you bruise easily?

I have very fair skin. I don't think I bruise easily, but bruises show up easily. I stay bruised a long time, and get to appreciate lots of pretty colors as the bruise fades.

2. What does your name rhyme with?

It sounds a lot like an island in Polynesia...or the word "shat" depending on which name you mean.

3. If you could have any famous piece of art to display in your home, which would you choose?

Either of the Pietàs that Michelangelo did. I'm not fussy. Am I?
To be fair, though: I have pictures of both hanging in my dining room.

4. What's the most inconvenient thing about the place you're currently living?

My house: there are no real stores within a 15 minute drive, just a crappy mini-mart.
My area of the country: winter. Or tornados. A tornado in winter? Yeah, that would be the winner, I think!

5. What book are you reading right now?

Garbageland, The Quality of Life Report, and a 'class' on Dante's Commedia (on CD).
