Things Starting with B (no other ideas, sorry)

1. Books. There are five sitting on the couch between Sparky and me. There are two on the table next to me. There are at least two on the table next to the recliner. I suspect there is at least one on the table next to Sparky. There are ... a few ... on the dining room table. You get the picture.
2. Bananas. The ones in the kitchen are turning brown. As usual. I suck.
3. Bear. I bought each of the exchange girls a TY beanie baby last Easter. One of them is still sitting next to the clock in the living room. He's cute, but I guess tie-dye isn't so cool in Germany.
4. Best practices. I had my mid-year review today. I guess I'm doing ok. {shrug}
5. Bell. My incoming text 'ring' sounds like the closing bell on Wall Street. It tends to freak people out. I don't know why, but I'm not changing it.
6. BBQ. I could go for some ribs. This is beyond unusual for me. 
7. Bed. Where I'd like to be. Soon.
8. Broken. My left food feels like it's broken.
9. Bucket List. I don't believe in them.
10. Blue. My favorite color. There is surprisingly little of it in the main rooms of this house, but our bedroom and the basement are bluey-er.
11. Basement. So yeah, since I mentioned it. I don't spend a lot of time down there, but I would if there were a hot tub. Not that there's room for one right now.
12. Booking. I'm scanning flights as I do this meme, looking for a good prices for our trip next spring.
13. British. This spring wedding thing...would be loads easier if they weren't getting married at home, in England.
