Name seven of the 25 Diet-Busting Foods you’d have the most time giving up permanently.
  1. Bread--sorry, it's just not gonna happen
  2. Cinnabon--though there aren't any sold nearby so it's a treat to have them nowadays
  3. Flavored chicken bits--if you peel or scrape off the caloric covering, these aren't bad for you at all. Not that I actually do the peeling or scraping consistently of course
  4. Fettuccine Alfredo--it's a must, ok maybe not daily, but at least a couple of times a year
  5. Calzones and their ilk (hello, Panza Rotta)--again, I can't eat these daily, but it's not a visit to our college town without a stop for a 'ponz'
  6. Chips--they cite flavored potato chips, but I'm a huge sucker for Cheetos. Sigh...yum
  7. Pop-Tarts--ironically, I just came back from a run to buy ribbon for a gift during which I grabbed a box of pop-tarts. This household is totally addicted
