1. What is the field nearest your home like?

It's a empty field owned by the school system. But the majority of the fields around me are corn fields.

2. How did you get into the professional field you’re in? If you’re not working, what field are you most likely to find yourself in some day?

What, precisely, could I do with a double major in Communication and History, with no interest in teaching or research? So I went to library school since that had worked out all right for my sister, and I like libraries.

3. What’s the most interesting sight within your current field of vision?

The Roseville vase (similar to this one) on the mantel behind the little Gumby and Pokey I gave Beast for his birthday last year. Kind of a weird juxtaposition.

4. Where were you the last time you fielded questions from several people in turn?

Yesterday's staff meeting at work. Or any family gathering--we all talk at once, to everyone in the zip code.

5. How are you feeling right now?

Tired. And wanting to sleep for about 4 straight weeks. Or months. Or, maybe, years.
