[01] What foreign languages do you speak?

Spanish.

[02] What foreign languages would you like to learn to speak?

Greek, Hebrew, and Russian. Though, honestly, I'd be happy just knowing how to read any/all of these.

[03] Do you think you would learn a language easier by listening to recordings or immersing yourself in the language without a lesson?

Immersion. I'm not disciplined enough to do the repetition and memorization required in a self-taught course.

[04] If you needed to learn a second language, which would most benefit you in the area where you live?

Spanish. Fully 25% of the kids in our school district speak Spanish. It's the go-to language in this country, whether you like the fact or not.

[05] Do you think it's necessary to learn a language that is foreign to you before you reside in that country?

I think it's a good idea to know something so you don't feel cut off from the community.
