If you were to open a restaurant, what would the house specialty be?
I'd be hiring a chef, of course. ;-) So really, whatever s/he wanted would be fine, but I'd like it to involve cheese as often as possible. I'd also hire the best pastry chef/baker I could find for bread and sweets. {{slurp}}
