1. You wake up and discover that it’s a rainy, dreary day out. Does this affect your attitude at all or do you tend to stay happy no matter what the weather is doing?

First off all, thank you, Patrick, for using "affect" right! The weather only bothers me if it's dark for days on end. If it's just one day, I'm ok with appreciating the difference, or staying in bed and reading. This morning, it's misty and mysterious, which is sorta cool, but I wouldn't want it to be that way regularly!

2. What would you rather receive from a good friend: a specially-chosen gift or a quiet evening just spent together?

Time. Time is a premium.

3. Do you tend to be happiest in a crowd of close friends, with one or two close friends, or alone?

I'm happy in all those situations, but I do like change--I have to have alone time, for instance, after a busy day. And after days spent on my own, it's wonderful to get together with friends.

4. If money were no object, would you remain in your current career?

I'm a librarian, ergo money is no object! I love my job, mostly, though.

6. What single part of your life are you happiest with at the moment?

Oh, definitely, my job. Everything else is sorta goofed up.
