Quarterly Progress Check

1. Would you say 2009 so far is meeting expectation, exceeding expectations, or failing to meet expectations?

Meeting expectations. My expectations are so low, though....

2. What letter grade would you give yourself for your performance at work or school?

As far as the work goes: A+ On "getting along with others": B- and falling.

3. On a scale from 1 to 10, how happy have you been with the weather so far in 2009?

8. It really hasn't been as horrible as it could have been. Remember, though: I'm sick and probably not thinking clearly, and it's sunny outside right now. :-)

4. Which of the Motion Picture Association of America’s film ratings would you give your social life so far in 2009?

PG. Maybe PG-13 at times, but when you hang out with teens, you have to try to keep it semi-clean.

5. 2009’s parents are on the phone and want to know how 2009 can improve its performance. What have been 2009’s areas of strength and what are its areas for growth in the second quarter?

2009 is a joy to have in class...
OK, not really. 2009 is just more of the same, although there have been signs of improvement and in some areas hope for the future. 2009 needs to build on those small steps and not let the potholes of spring slow it down.
