I have to go with Rudolph, but stipulate that it be sung with all the additional commentary with kids.

Surprisingly, Stevie Nicks' version is stellar.

4. Of the games listed as possible answers to question 3, how many have you honestly never heard of?

Reindeer bungee jumping, and combing Santa's beard...although the latter may not really have a hidden subtext. If it does, I don't get it. The mental picture of reindeer and bungees, though: pretty funny!

5. Which of them would you least be interested in playing?

The Mr. Hankey... one. I'm not a big South Park fan. To say the very least.
