Occassionally Special

1. What’s something you wear only on special occasions, and when was the last time?

My diamond "hub ring" earrings. I think I wore them on Easter...?

2. What’s something you consume only on special occasions, and when was the last time?

Tiramisu. Tonight. Sort of an early anniversary gift for myself since I don't really get an anniversary this year... (oh, wah, feel sorry for me now, ya'll...)

3. Who’s someone you see only on special occasions, and when was the last time?

There are a lot of people who fit this criteria, but I'll pick Laura, whom I usually see only every decade or so. We did not connect in March, so I guess it'll be another 8-10 years now.

4. From now on, you will commemorate every year on this date something that happened to you in the past twenty-four hours! What will it be?

Numb lips at 5 p.m.?

5. What’s a unique special occasion you share with just a few people you know?

My birthday: I know two others who share it, one of whom I keep in contact with. I'd love to find others, but it's not THAT big of a deal. ;-)
It occurs to me, however, that I will be able to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my niece for the rest of our lives: she is getting married two days after I got married (21 years later, of course but oh well...)
