It has to have lots of windows, and sun, but not a lot of direct sun. A nice view would be nice. Comfy overstuffed chairs with ottomans, or recliners. Lots of pillows. White and blue walls and decor. Reading lamps. A laptop. Lots of books, crosswords, and sudokus. Quiet. Not too big. A ceiling fan. A throw in case I want to nap. NO PHONE.
