1. READER'S CHOICE QUESTION #90 from Remo: In the event of a disaster or act of disorder, are you currently prepared to remain self-sufficient for a day, a week, or a month until measures could be taken to restore order and services?

Because of where we live, we have to keep a certain level of usable water (to drink and for washing) in case we lose electricity. We probably have enough for 2 or 3 days. We have plenty of food for that long too. We should have way more--we certainly have room enough--but I'm just not someone who thinks this way.

Totally not of interest to me. I think it's silly, along the same lines as astrology. Fun to play with, not worth losing my sleep over.

Depends on which part of "public" we're discussing. I have to keep my tendency toward blue language under control at church, especially with Youth Group, I need to keep my geeky/dorky tendencies under control in school-related arenas, and I need to keep my giggly and/or bossy tendencies under control around people I don't know well (like people Beast works with).

Lilacs.

Thailand, Malaysia, Macao, Hungary and Croatia have never made my lists. I have no interest whatsoever in EVER going to Saudi Arabia as long as the women there are treated as 9th-class citizens.

I don't see films based on their directors, with the exception of Woody Allen. I've made it to age 43 without seeing one of his films and I expect I can live another 43 that way as well.
