Get up, stand up!

1. Turn your head to the right -- what do you see?

Immediately to my right is the end table with my breakfast plate, a glass of Sierra Mist on a green-checked cloth coaster, an empty glass from last night, a new box of Puffs, Mom's poetry book, nail clippers, a pad of Post-Its and a piece of paper with phone messages on it.

2. Stand-up -- do you like how tall you are?

I'm nearly 5'8" and shrinking. Yes, I like my height.

3. Do you believe in heaven or hell?

I believe in both, but not necessarily in the traditional sense. To a certain extent, I think we create/live our heaven and hell here.

4. What is your favorite piece of jewelry?

My wedding ring.

5. What is the last thing you took from someone else?

Beast handed me the paper on the porch a few minutes ago as he left for the day.
