1. How old will you be in five years?

Beast and I will be 48. And Sparky will be a freshman. My oldest sister will be 68. Unbelievable!

2. Whom did you spend at least two hours with today?

Sparky (3 hours) and people at work (but I had headphones on most of the time there, so I don't know if that counts). I interacted more with people online than with actual people at work.

3. How tall are you?

Almost 5′8″

4. What do you look forward to most in the next six months?

Trip to Colorado (I hope) over Spring Break. Sparky's confirmation in May. Mission trip in June. NOT changing databases at work!!!!!

5. What’s the last movie you saw in the theater?

Monster House. I don't get out much. :-)

6. Who was the last person you called?

I called someone from work today about covering my hours tomorrow night, at the suggestion of the Schedule Nazi. The person I called...is already scheduled to work those hours tomorrow night. I work with dingbats. Well, one anyway.

7. Who was the last person to call you?

Sparky, when he got home from school.

8. Who was the last text message you received from?

That would be Amy, 2 years ago.

9. Who was the last person to leave you a voicemail?

No clue. At all.

10. Do you prefer to call or text?

Call. I can't manage texting.

11. What were you doing at 12 A.M. last night/this morning?

Getting ready to go to sleep.

12. Are your parents married/separated/divorced?

They are separated, by metaphysics.

13. When is the last time you saw your mom?

About 18 months.

14. What color are your eyes?

Hazel. I suspect they are leaning toward brown today.

15. What time did you get up today?

About 6:20.

16. What are you wearing right now?

Blue Gloria Vanderbilt non-jeans (hah), brown nubby sale sweater, watch, silver/gold dressy earrings, knitted glitter socks and slippers, rings, glasses.

17. What is your favorite song?

I have lots of favorites. "O God Our Help in Ages Past", "One", "Sweet Child o' Mine", the 1812 Overture....

18. Where is your favorite place to be?

Ouray or Moosehead Lake or Ydra. Or asleep.

19. Where is your least favorite place to be?

In a situation that is completely out of control and in which I have no idea what to do.

20. Where would you go if you could go anywhere?

21. Where do you think you’ll be in 10 years?

In ten years, I'll be 53. Good heavens! Sparky will be out of school. I have no idea what I'll be doing, but I hope I'm enjoying things.

22. Do you tan or burn?

I mostly burn, but if I'm careful, I can get a little tan...or a large crop of freckles.

23. What did you fear was going to get you at night as a child?

I have no memory of being afraid at night as a child. I think I felt fairly secure in bed in my room. It was daylight and reality that scared me.

24. What was the last thing that really made you laugh?

I don't remember. I'm sure I laughed at something today, but not really any kind of big belly laugh. Kind of odd. I can't figure out why I'm not giggling my brains out all the time.

25. How many TVs do you have in your house?Two functional ones, one non-functional one.26. Do you have a laptop or desktop computer?

I almost always use the laptop. We have a desktop connected to the Internet and Sparky has a really old PC in his room that is not online.

27. Do you sleep with or without clothes on?

With, unless it's REALLY hot in the house in the summer. Pretty rare, since we have a/c.

28. What color are your sheets?

The ones on the bed right now are pale blue.

29. How many pillows do you sleep with?

There are four on the bed, two each. I only sleep with one, though.

30. What is your favorite season?

Autumn.

31. What do you like about autumn?

The colors of the leaves, the smell in the air, the changing temperatures, the light, the relative lack of humidity, and FOOTBALL.

32. What do you like about winter?

The snow is pretty if you're inside, fewer allergies, and fires in the fireplace.

33. What do you like about the summer?

Heat, being outside, lots of fun things to do, sunshine, wearing fewer clothes.

34. What do you like about spring?

Rain, warmer weather, the new buds on trees, crocus / tulips / daffodils in my yard.

35. How many states have you lived in?

Three.

36. What cities/towns have you lived in?

I've lived in 6 towns, total. Three in WI, one in CO, and two in the state in which I live now.

37. Do you prefer shoes, socks, or bare feet?

Bare feet, or as bare as possible. This time of year, I prefer warm feet, so that means socks and slippers.

38. Are you a social person?

Sometimes. I like quiet, too, though.

39. What was the last thing you ate?

A leftover breadstick that came with our pizza last night.

40. What is your favorite ice cream?

Peppermint. Or bubble gum.

41. What kind of jelly do you like on your PB&J sandwich?

I rarely have jelly in the house. I have honey instead of jelly on my sandwiches.

42. Do you like Chinese food?

More than I can believe sometimes.

43. Do you like coffee?

I like the smell. Don't like the taste.

44. How many glasses of water per day do you drink on average?

Two or three.

45. What do you drink in the morning?

Diet Dr. Pepper (or some kind of caffeinated diet soda).

46. Do you sleep on a certain side of the bed?

I sleep to Beast's left when we're lying on our backs, which we almost never are.
