Strip Malls


1. What is the name of the strip mall nearest your residence, and is it the strip mall you frequent most?

Nearest me? It's probably the one on the other side of the lake, don't know the name (and if I did, I wouldn't post it here), and I almost never stop there. It has a Subway, a video store, a liquor store and a couple of empty spots...and something else I can't remember right now. Not stuff I'm usually looking for, in any case.

2. At your preferred strip mall, what is the name of one store you’ve never entered?

I'm not sure I have a place that I 'prefer.' I tend to hit stores, not malls, and just the places I need, not every one along the way. Having said that, I guess one store I've never gone into in the nearest strip mall that I do frequent (sort of) is the Washington Mutual investment office, and the nail salon next door.

3. Which store at your preferred strip mall would you most like to work in?

I'm kind of not interested in working retail, actually. OK, so I guess that means the UPS store is it!

4. Which store(s) at your preferred strip mall would you like to see disappear?

Not the store, but some of the employees at the Big Local Chain grocery. Most of them are really obnoxious, especially the ones who've been there the longest.

5. How often do you go to your preferred strip mall?

Less than once a week. Which explains why #2 was such a hard question!
