Saturday 8

VERY late!
Confession Time

1. what is it that you'd like to confess today? past sin? unclean thought? cursing at your mother or significant other?
How about impure thoughts? I never get to actually do that confession out loud--being Protestant--and I've always wanted to. And it's a true confession, to boot. ;-)

In reality, I should probably confess to doing my Bible Study homework at the last minute and always in a big hurry.
2. have you ever broken a law? If so, what was it?
I'm sure I break them daily, since I don't have every law memorized. However, I know for a fact that I speed every day.
3. have you ever committed an act of betrayal against a friend or family member? explain.
I have. Too many. Most are sins of omission rather than sins of commission, which isn't a good excuse. I fail to call, fail to visit, fail to help.... Good intentions and all don't make things happen.
4. have you done something that, to this day, makes you cringe when you think about committing the act?
Well, holy shit, yeah. Of course I have! How about standing and screaming like a fishwife at my toddler? Or lying to my parents about swimming lessons? To name just two possibilities....
5. freaky! have you ever found yourself sexually aroused by someone that you absolutely should not have been? what was that?
Steven Tyler is oddly attractive for a hideously ugly person. And that's all I'm sayin' about this whole subject.
6. have you ever fantasized sexually about a friend or co-worker that they do not know about?
Uh, yeah. Not so much coworkers: being straight and in the library field kind of limits that...at least where I work!
7. have you ever cheated at school? how so?
I stole someone else's idea for a political cartoon in 9th grade history...however, in my defense, they decided not to use it and went with something else. It's only an issue because my cartoon won first place in the ensuing contest.

Otherwise, no. I have too well-developed a sense of fear of being caught, not to mention a sense of fairness!
8. without compromising a current relationship, have you ever cheated on a gf/bf/spouse?
Define your terms. I don't think so. Others might feel differently.
