Are you one of the insane many who is going to participate in National Novel Writers Month this November?
If it were almost any other month, I'd seriously consider it, but with Thanksgiving and three family birthdays and the big lead-in for the December holidays (and a baby shower to plan for that month this year), it could be worse. How about March? But I'll glad cheer on any of you who do.
How long have you known your very best friend? How did you meet?
My very best friend? OK, that would be freshman year of college--fall 1982--when he showed up to pick on my roommate. He clearly had a crush on her. She clearly thought he was a moron.
Where are you today and how did you get there?
I'm back at home after 14.5 hours gone. Most places I get to by driving.
The Butcher, the Baker, the Candlestick Maker...Who are you?
I so want to say Candlestick Maker. But I'm actually a decent Baker.
Do you think you and your spouse/significant other, could ever work together 40 hours a week?
I think we could, though not every week. We actually get along and communicate pretty well. We tend to both be bull-headed and think we're right though, so we'd need a mediating influence. They'd probably earn more than either of us....
