Pressure

What is the greatest source of stress in your life?
While it's tempting to say Sparky, the truth is that most of my stress is from my own insecurities.
How do you deal with tension on a day-to-day basis? Cry, hide, yell?
My tension all goes to my shoulders. If things continue, then it tend to vent, verbally, which doesn't usually help. Eventually I cry if things are bad enough.
What do you find to be the best way to wind down after a tough day?
It totally depends on what caused the 'bad.' Sometimes I just come home and try to bury it by doing something else. Sometimes I stomp around in a bad mood. Sometimes I have a glass of wine if it was beyond bad. If there's a headache involved, and I can, I go to bed with a pillow over my head.
