Anger Management

1. Who is most likely angry at you right now?
Jeez, I dunno. My mom is probably upset that I didn't call (as usual), and so is probably everyone in my family because I haven't written either (as usual). I can't think of anyone who'd be actively angry though....
2. Who were you most recently angry at?
The guy in the car in front of me yesterday, going 40 out in the country after he had to follow a detour sign. Jeez. PLUS, on a narrow (VERY narrow) two-lane road, he was driving down the middle, so I had to drive off the road on the left side to pass him.
Nimrod.
He was from out of state (Michigan), but still....
3. How easily do you get angry?
Well, having just splurted that all out, I'd say pretty easily. I tend to erupt, spew everything, and then I'm pretty much fine.
4. How best do you deal with anger?
My gut reaction is that there is no "best" when it comes to anger.
My real-world reaction is that I serve my own personal interests best when I tamp down my frustration and anger, listen to whoever I'm pissed at, and then take my time in responding. Since this is a bit like asking Vesuvius to stop erupting (see above), however, it rarely happens this way.
5. How can people tell, just by looking at you, that you are angry?
Judging by the fact that my son looks quite a lot like me, I'd say I get a set jaw and curled lip, I stand up straight, I glare... I probably turn red in the face; he doesn't really do that, but I turn red any time I get emotional, or warm, or whatever....
