Curious as a Cat

Week Number Twenty-Two:

Of all the people you know, which couple most fully completes and complements each other?
There is a couple at our church: he is one of the assistant principals at the high school and she works for a national magazine. They have a solid, fun marriage.

Another possibility is our church secretary and her husband, who went with us on our trip to Mississippi. They are seamless in their relationship, and so different you'd think there would be great difficulties. But there aren't. They are wonderful together.

I think the best testimony I can give here, though, is to my sister and her husband. They don't always agree 100%, but he is standing right by her side as she descends into the hell of MSA/PD. They are both facing their joint future with full knowledge, together.
What branch of the armed services would you prefer to join? (you have to pick one)
In general, I'd pick the Coast Guard, but I can't swim. So probably the Air Force. But, to be honest, right now I'd be more likely to run to Canada than I'd be to sign up with any part of the armed forces.

I have had to rethink this meme because of some commitments I have made for this summer. I will be teaching summer school, for one thing. Some other personal stuff has hit the fan, too.

Since I started this meme on the suggestion of an old friend who has been blogging for a couple of years, I have asked if she can help me out this summer, and maybe
longer. Between the two of us, I hope we can continue the weekly questions.

Thanks for bearing with me this month. Have a terrific summer!

Kitty is a high school friend of mine (which means we're both old friends!). I'll be filling in for her as needed, but she has (fortunately) left me with a long backlog of pertinent questions, and plenty of ideas. There won't be any giant changes here, just a different MEOW at the end of the day.
