Not a soul, except the other person involved, of course.

Better legal than the situation we've got in the US now.

This is hugely dependent on what we're talking about. Overall, I think I'd say about a 7.

4. Name something you haven't tried, but have been thinking about trying.
Parachuting out of an airplane.

5. If you could have sex with any celebrity, who would you pick and why? (and don't think of this question as cheating... you aren't attached at the time, k?) :)
Only sex? Wow this is more challenging than you'd think...uhm...maybe the guy in that Coke ad awhile back.
