Tell the Truth, or Pick Your Preference

Part Cinq

1. Raisins or grapes?
Grapes. Raisins remind me of little kids: the raisins on the high chair tray end up bloody-everywhere.
Unless, of course, we're discussing my mom's oatmeal raisin cookies.

2. TV or music?
Oh, music. Easy.

3. SAHM (or SAHD) or work?
For the benefit of those, like me, who said "SAHM/D? WTF??" it means "Stay At Home Mom/Dad." I've done both. I prefer getting paid to work.

4. boating or hiking?
Hiking (another easy one). I can't swim.

5. rap or punk?
I have reached old age; I just don't get (most) rap. So: punk.

6. Mushrooms or onions?
To eat? Or to throw in the lunchroom?
Onions.

7. Going downtown or going uptown?
Are we talking about linguistics, or a specific place? There isn't an "up" or a "down" town where I live, or even where I work, or even in the Nearest Big Cities.

Growing up, it was always downtown, though. "Just listen to the music of a gentle bossa nova..."

8. Truth or dare?
Two questions: with whom am I playing, and what's the topic?

Probably truth. I seem pretty unafraid of it.

9. Monkeys or walruses?
???
Monkeys. Or, as we say around here, "Minkies."

10. chiropractor or physiotherapy?
The chiropractor I saw for over a year was useless. Give me therapy, or a massage.
