Take Out

1. What are your favorite ethnic/regional cuisines (Italian, Mexican, Thai, etc.)?

Mexican, especially real Mexican, not just the spicy stuff. And Italian, of course. And Greek. Love me some souvlaki.

2. When visit a restaurant serving that kind of food, what do you generally order?

Oops, skipped ahead. Mexican: flautas. Italian: depends--pasta algio e olio or Alfredo. Greek: moussaka or souvlaki...or almost anything else really.

3. Which ethnic food or dish is your favorite to make yourself?

Spaghetti. Easy-peasy stuff. I make a fab lasagna too, if I take the time to get all the right ingredients.

4. If you could travel to one country or region, just to experience the food, where would you go?

Back to Greece. Or back to Italy.

Someplace new? Spain.

5. Where would you not want to go because of the food?

Germany. Russia.

Someplace new (to me)? Japan.
