1. What is your preferred trusted news source?
NPR. For reading, CNN and BBC.

2. What is a news source that you will never trust?
I'm leery of anything on networks, especially FOX. Don't much like Matt Drudge either. And of course anything sold in the supermarket checkout lanes.

3. What is the news topic during the last calendar year that you feel got the worst coverage?
"Why the hell are we still in Iraq?" And "Why the hell has Bush not been impeached?"

4. What news item do you feel got too much coverage in the last calendar year?
"How wonderful that we're in Iraq!" and "Katrina in New Orleans" but ONLY BECAUSE other places were also damaged and haven't received as much attention.

5. If you had complete control of your favored news source(s) (answer to question 1), what would you do with it that is not already being done?
I'd hand over the reins to the people who know what they're doing and let them keep doing it.
