Wall Flowers
1. What is the wallpaper on your computer?
The background is XP blue, with something from this site centered. Right now it's this (I rotate them):
This is new to the website....
I may be switching to it soonish.
2. What color are the walls in the room you're in right now?
I'm at work: builder-beige. My cube walls are light gray.
3. Describe some of the wallpapers you have lived with.
We had grass-paper in one house we lived in; the main reason was that we needed something textured because the wall was so completely uneven.
In our last house, we had crayon-scribbles on a border around the middle of the walls.
Sparky currently has Green Bay Packers border around the top of his room.
I'm thinking about wallpaper for the bathrooms in our house. Not sure what to do, though.... Interior decor isn't my strongest suit (or interest).
4. Would you ever consider using wallpaper to decorate? What would it look like?
See #3, with the addition that I LOATHE splotchy paper. Big or small patterns just don't do it for me.
5. If you could use anything not specifically intended for walls (no paint, wallpaper, etc) to spruce up your walls, without any nasty consequences, what would you use?
Fabric. Softens the room. We're thinking about fabric for the "ceiling" in the basement as well.
