Monday Madness
1. What time is it right now? On the PC it's 8:47 a.m. My watch says 8:50, as does the phone.
2. What are you usually doing at this time on any given day? If it's a work day, I've been at work almost an hour, hopefully having cleared my desk of any weirdness that accumulated while I was gone. Otherwise, it could be anything: reading, blogging, showering, running errands, making bread....
3. Is there a day of the week that time seems to fly by faster than the other days? Mondays. Because it's my one day off work, guaranteed, every week.
4. If you could make ONE hour of each day twice as long, which hour of the day would you choose? I am assuming it would be twice as long, but wouldn't make me twice as tired? I guess I'll pick some hour in the evening, 7-8 or 8-9.
5. If you could make one DAY of the week twice as long, which day would you choose? Monday. See above.
6. If you could make one hour and/or one day HALF as long, which time of the day, and which day of the week would you choose? Hour: the hour after I first arrive at work, when I'm usually dealing with leftover junk from yesterday and trying to see the shap my day will be taking. Day: Fridays, the Fridays when I'm at work. They just seem really long.
7. Do you agree with the following statement? "The older you get, the faster time goes by." Yup. Two many instances to choose from, so I'll just say that we couldn't remember last night if our godson's First Communion was two years ago or three. We sounded like old people in this discussion.... Someone once tried to explain a scientific cause/formula of this to me; I was 17 so I didn't really get it.
8. What do you usually do during your "down time?" Read. Blog. Sleep. Crosswords. Watch TLC or E! or MTV. [In order, more or less.]
9. What one thing do you spend more time doing each day than anything else? Blogging. OK, seriously, I suspect it's probably reading, for pleasure or for work/learning/information.
