Patrick's Place

(Link in meme-roll)
Saturday Six

1. What type of cookie do you most enjoy dipping in ice-cold milk: chocolate chip, Oreo or peanut-butter?
I have never understood the point of this. It ruins a perfectly good cookie (in some cases, anyway) as well as a glass of milk. I don't drink milk much anymore -- aging has not made lactose my best friend -- and the only kind of cookies I really eat are eminently non-dippable.
2. When is the last time you had one of those cookies with milk?
Uhm, I've tried it a couple of times over the years, but probably not for 20+ years.
3. Who you are/were you closer to: your mother or your father?
I was (am?) seriously a Daddy's girl, but I also realized at a fairly young age that at least some of the reason Mom & I didn't get along is because we were an awful lot alike.
4. How do you take your coffee: cold or hot, sugar, cream, both or neither?
I don't drink coffee. Ever. Don't even like coffee-flavored candy!
5. What word do you most wish people would stop using?
I'm still not a big fan of "webinar." However, there are quite a few words used in rap music that I wish would die off, at least in that usage.
6. How often do you floss your teeth?
Not enough. I need to get back on that bandwagon--I was really good about it for a couple of years before everything in my life blew up and people around me started getting sick, and dying, and otherwise imploding. My new project, perhaps: flossing regularly, not just when I have food stuck in an unpleasant place.

I'm not a fan of cookies & milk, either. I do, however, love coffee!

I'm also not a dipper, nor do I drink coffee.

"Orientate" is my {{{shudder}}}.
