not feeling very positive, so...
Things that have annoyed me in the past few days

1. Others who read the expiration dates on stuff in my fridge. Out loud. And, on cans of Coke? Expiration dates? Gedovahit!
2. Hearing whispered conversations at work.
3. Green Day, or maybe Guitar Hero, or maybe both.
4. People who invite themselves over for a visit, choosing their arrival time--3 hours in the future--early on a holiday morning.
5. Getting nothing done at work except putting out (metaphorical) brush fires. All week.
6. Haters. Take your pick: people who hate everyone, people who hate Muslims, people who hate Christians, people who hate cats...jeez, people: get a life!
7. The fact that in the past month I've gained back pretty much all the weight I lost over the past year.
8. Those who complain about not having lunch because they would have had to make it themselves rather than have it made for them.
9. Having plans change on something that we didn't really volunteer for, a change that means more work. Because changes that mean less work never ever happen. Do they?
10. The Department of Repetitive Redundancy at work. Well, elsewhere too, but short of a sign on a door, it's evident we have one at work.
11. Horrible writing about an interesting subject. Writers who just mix up their chapters in a non-fiction book to be "arty" or "clever" or ... God Knows Why ... without rewriting them so the reader spends a lot of time trying to figure out a) what the author is talking about and/or b) why the author has introduced the same information more than once as if it were new information.
12. Seeing the same (guest) actors on similar TV shows. It gets confusing when the serial murderer from NCIS shows up as a wimpy dude being haunted by his ex-wife on Psych.
13. C-Tech at work. So freakin' annoying. Always. The list is simply not complete without her appearance on it.
