Dream On

1. Describe the most recent dream you can remember.

I had some weird dreams over the weekend that combined church and work, but I can't remember specifics.

2. Do you believe in the idea that images in your dreams are symbols for things in your life? For example, some believe that hair in dreams represents sexual urges in life.

Not really. I think dreams are symbolic but not in that way necessarily; I think we all have to interpret the symbols according to our own way of seeing the world. Does that make sense? I'm feeling really incoherent today.

3. Do you find that there are conditions of sleep where you are more likely to dream than others? For example, sleeping in an unfamiliar bed, going to bed drunk, napping, etc.?

If I wake up too early, I frequently wake in the middle of a dream. And I don't think I dream when I'm drunk. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to matter for me.

4. Who is the most random person ever to appear in a dream you've had?

Lots of people I don't recognize populate my dreams. I don't remember them particularly. Everyone once in awhile someone I don't know reads me out or something else equally random.

5. Have you ever had a lucid dream?

QUITE often. Certainly a couple of times a month. I don't really do anything to achieve this; it just happens.
