[01] Easter - Jesus or The Bunny?

Jesus IS the Easter Bunny!!

[02] Do you have any Easter traditions?

This will be the very first year Sparky hasn't had an Easter basket, and therefore no egg hunt. He's had those for 14 years--we skipped the first Easter of his life. I think I stopped getting a basket at about the same age...but Sparky's the one who requested no basket this year. The big deal for me post-basket was the new outfit for Easter every year. We don't do that here because Sparky could care less, and I don't like most clothes enough to get all worked up about something new for Easter. We try to make it to the sunrise church service every year too (now that we have one!).

[03] Do you give or receive an Easter basket?

Oops, the not-reading-ahead thing...again. Not anymore.

[04] Plastic eggs, or dye the real thing?

I'm the only one in the house who likes hard-boiled eggs, so we stopped dying them about three years ago when Sparky could no longer work up any excitement. We always counted them very carefully before hiding them, along with a couple of dozen plastic eggs, for Sparky to find.

[05] What's the deal with Peeps?

I don't know! I think they are really gross! Me--the Sugar Queen! Amazing, no?
