Yes, ma'am

My score on The "Is Your Boss Evil?" Test:

Ideal Boss (GC)
(Your boss is 81% good-natured, and 72% competent at their job!)

Memo to you: you've got The Ideal Boss! Your boss falls into the Good and Competent category. This means he/she scored between 71% and 100% on 'goodness' and between 71% and 100% on 'competency'.

Bosses that score this well don't come along as often as they should - yours is both quite intelligent and adept, and generally a good person as well. Such a boss probably has a fairly well-developed sense of right and wrong, so the one time you might butt heads with such a boss is if you're trying to slack off or do[ing] things you shouldn't be doing (and even then, there's a very good chance such a boss will give you more than a few chances). Such a boss is also likely to be very good during a crisis or if you need help with something. Sweet.

HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS BOSS ARCHETYPE:
Just make sure you're reasonably well-behaved and you can't really go wrong. This boss type is smart enough to spot most misbehaviour, but if you're on especially good terms with them they may very well let you off the hook regardless. Besides, a boss in this category probably isn't going to put too much pressure on you, anyway. If they are, it might be worth finding out if someone else is putting pressure on them.

...for those who are interested, here are all of the nine scoring categories for the "Is Your Boss Evil?" Test...
-The Lackey (Evil/Incompetent)
-The Corporate Whore (Evil/Neutral)
-The Evil Mastermind (Evil/Competent)
-The Fall Guy (Neutral/Incompetent)
-Neutral (Neutral/Neutral)
-The Mobster (Neutral/Competent)
-The Lovable Oaf (Good/Incompetent)
-The Crusader (Good/Neutral)
-The Ideal Boss (Good/Competent)

My boss is totally N O T evil. She has her moments of humanity, but once you've had a truly evil boss, you welcome humanity with open arms (not like that!). My boss rocks.
