Patrick's Weekender

(Link at left)
Saturday Six

1. If you had to leave your job on Monday, how confident would you feel that you could get another job paying close to the same amount quickly?
Fairly confident, actually. If I were mobile, I could find one very easily; I'd really have my pick to a certain extent. I have specialized skills that are tranferable, and the paperwork to go with it.
2. How many different employers have you worked for over the years?
Four library-related ones. Lots and lots of others as well, of course.
3. Consider the employer you worked for the longest: how big of a factor was money in determining why you left or would consider leaving that employer?
Not at all an issue. I will stay here as long as they'll have me, unless the next director turns out to be a lunatic.
4. Take the quiz: How good are you with money?
I'm still great with money. Every time I take the test.
5. When is the last time you actually were told what your credit score actually is?
When we purchased this house 5 years ago is the last time I'm aware of what the actual number was. I think we've done it since then, but I don't really know, except I'm sure it hasn't changed appreciably.
6. Do you think that learning what your score would be would be likely to make you change anything you’re doing with money?
No.
