::Somewhere, beyond the Sea...::

Onesome: Somewhere--, anywhere? Vacation season is just ahead (sooner than later for some depending on school schedules); do you have any plans mapped out yet?

We are going to Minnesota in June for a week on a mission trip with our high school youth group. In July, we head to Tennessee for my niece Elizabeth's wedding. We'll wander some Civil War battlefields on our way to Gettysburg, spend a couple of day with Beast's parents, and then head home. We won't do our usual joint vacation with friends this summer for a couple of reasons, so that means from mid-July until Labor Day we'll be able to "do summer" and just relax. Yay.

Twosome: beyond this week? How far ahead do you plan for your days off? ...or do they just show up and you enjoy whatever happens?

I plan them pretty far in advance, though there are occasions when I just need a Mental Health Day.

Threesome: the Sea-- Does that sound like the trip for you? Somewhere beyond the sea to an island for a week or two or twenty?

Yeah, I could do that, provided the island was Ydra, and there were no Greek holidays while I was there. I'd like it to stay quiet.
