Many Happy Returns

1. What was the last item you returned to a store?

I returned several markers, in their original sealed packaging, to Hobby Lobby last week. We'd bought them for the 8th grade dance and changed our minds.

2. What do you currently have in your possession that you need to return to its owner?

Hmmm...this is why I try not to borrow things: I forget too easily. I don't think there's anything.... Well, except library materials checked out on my card, of course.

3. What’s something you lent to someone that you’d really like back now?

I don't think we ever got back the Stephen King books we loaned Chelsea about 8 years ago....

4. Where’s a place you hope never to see again?

I was not enamored of Germany when we were there 6 years ago. Not any part of it: the airport, the restaurants, the tidy little villages.... The whole place totally creeped me out.

5. What’s your explanation for those wild stories about dogs and cats who get separated from their owners for years and finally make their way home, even at times finding their owners when the families have moved a long way away?

Homing sensors placed under their skin by aliens while they had them in their flying saucers.

Or maybe I'm just tired? I'm definitely snarky.

Honestly, I have no answers for this. Weird. True? Dunno.
