3x Thursday : Smarty Pants!

1. Do you consider yourself smarter than most people? Why/why not?

Yes. I could read upside at a young age, and saw my IQ on my school counselor's file. Having said that, I'm also pretty stupid sometimes.

2. Do you believe that smartness can be judged with an I.Q. score? Why/why not?

Amusing...I didn't read ahead when I answered the first question....
So, I think IQ is part of it, but people can be smart in ways that have nothing to do with academic success. For example, I think some people with Down's Syndrome are smarter emotionally than a lot of so-called normal people.

3. Do you think that we as humans have the potential to evolve some more, or is this the end of the line for us? Why/why not?

We certainly have the potential to evolve more, of course. Whether we'll kill ourselves first...well, that's the real question, isn't it?
