Monday Madness

1. What is your favorite main course to prepare?

Thanksgiving turkey. Macaroni and cheese (from scratch).

2. What is your favorite side dish to prepare?

I like to eat mashed potatoes, but it's annoying to make them. My favorite side dish to make is probably salad.

3. Do you like to bake? If so, what is your favorite?

I love making bread by hand (no machines). I like making cakes, but I don't do it often anymore...who needs cake sitting around the house??

4. What one dish would you like to learn to cook?

Nothing comes to mind....

5. What is your worst cooking disaster?

Plastic wrap in cake pans. Hey, I was 10!!
