1. What's the longest time you've spent standing?

The USSR, 1985: stood in line to enter the country, in line for various other flights within the country, in line to buy food, in line to pay, in line to pick up what we just purchased, in line at Lenin's tomb, standing in museum after museum after museum.... It felt like we stood the whole month! Realistically, probably about an hour at any one time. Airports are killers for standing in line. Going to the Soviet Union prepared me for airport security lines today.

2. How many people on LJ (or your blog) know your real name?

Amy, Beast, Jenny, Jenica, Molly, Sue, Annie, Chris... I'm not sure how often all those people read me anymore.
With the exception of Molly and Chris, they are all people I know face-to-face. Molly's instance is unusual. But then she's rather unusual. ;-) As for Chris, maybe I'm just a sucker for a nicely highlighted set of pecs. [ahem]

3. What makes you afraid?

Failure. Pain. Loss of control (which encompasses both of the previous answers here, I think).

4. What's the worst physical injury you've had?

External: I think it's just an agglomeration of a lifetime of falling on my right knee and my left wrist.
Internal: Mutated cells. Let's just leave it at that.

5. What line won't you cross?

Well, I haven't killed anyone yet.
