Getting information

1. How do you get your news? Internet? TV? Newspaper? Which is your favorite source? Why?

Beast via the Big City Paper, and the Internet. I rarely watch TV news; it makes my blood pressure go up. Ditto the local paper: it's a waste of paper.

2. Do you watch TV news at all? Do you find it informational? Why/why not?

Oops. Rarely. I watch the weather, since otherwise we don't really get good local weather (we have satellite, so we don't get the "Local on the 8s" forecasts on the Weather Channel).

3. What do you think of Google and all of it's many applications? Is it 'teh awsome', or do you prefer something else?

I'm pretty much in love with Google, but I'm a realist: they can't be everything all the time. I use Yahoo for stuff too, and a lot of other non-corporate-behemoth sites. Whatever works.
