1. what's your fav holiday song?

"Silent Night"

2. what's the worst holiday gift you ever received?

I've gotten some pretty weird stuff over the years, but I can't think of anything truly awful. When you have a kid, you learn to look at gifts in a different light: "Oh, yay, another misshapen, oddly-colored clay...uh...thing...! Thank you, dear."

3. do you do your holiday shopping on time or wait till the last minute?

Normally I do a lot of it in the summer, but this year I've put all my shopping off...till today. Yes, I'm doing as much of my Christmas shopping today as it is possible to squeeze into 6 or 7 hours.

4. what's your fav thing about the holiday season?

The peacefulness after all the hectic preparation.
