If you could have a walk-on role in any tv show (current or cancelled) what show would it be?

My general approach to these memes is to answer with whatever passes through my head first. So why was my first thought "Gilligan's Island"? Some secret wish to be a 'castaway' or on a tropical island? Or is it just that my life is so much of a farce?

Dogs or cats?

I like dogs better. They are right up front about their dependence and love for their owners.

What are three things that are on your Christmas list?

A new camera, a new crossword book, and a big check to the D'Iberville Volunteer Foundation.

Do you do crossword puzzles? Have you ever finished one?

I do them all the time, but I don't do them in the paper; I hate writing on newsprint. I do them very neatly, usually in pencil because I don't do the easy ones, and I want the puzzle to look tidy when I'm done. I finish most of them, and don't even cheat anymore. I've been doing crosswords since Fun Sister introduced me to them when I was 12 or so.

What is your favorite television Christmas special? What about your favorite Christmas movie?

I don't mind watching Rudolph every year. Other than that, Beast's orgy of Christmas viewing is good reason for me to work on Christmas cards or wrap presents (in another part of the house).

So, tell us, who's the last person who visited you?

We had four people here for Thanksgiving, but I can't remember the last time we had overnight company. I think the last time someone outside the family slept here was a friend of Sparky's on a sleepover last summer.
