Do you like to keep your books nearby? Do you collect them? Pile, stack, shelve, hoard them? Or do you get rid of them, send them back to the library, give them away, once you've read them?
The books I'm reading, or have just finished, are scattered all over the place. One is on the floor next to my bed, one is on the dining room table. Sometimes they're in the bathroom so I can read while I mess with my hair or while I'm in the bathtub. The one I'm listening to on CD is in the car, of course.
I am not a hoarder, but I am untidy and disorganized. I try to keep the library books
that are waiting to be read in one place, though that has fallen by the wayside lately. Once I'm done reading, they go back to the library (after I get around to writing them up in my book blog).
Ironically, just last night I found two large bags of books in the pantry that I think I meant to take to the library to donate ... about a year ago. Oops. Maybe I should do that today, eh?
