How do you know that God does or does not exist?
I don't 'know' anything about God, really. Having said that, there is an awful lot of stuff I've seen that has no rational explanation beyond the existence of some kind of rightness, goodness, light, power....and a singular sense of plotting and timing.
If you were a mail carrier, what kind of weather would bother you the most?
I'm torn between bitter cold late-January days and those really sticky-humid days in August. Having delivered newspapers in both, the ones I really remember are the cold days, when my legs (and butt) didn't warm up for about 4 hours after coming inside.
However, I really think that as long as I bundled up and kept moving, I'd do better on cold days than I would on days when there was no escape from having carry multiple bottles of water, and a towel, along with the stacks of mail.
What is your favorite board game?
The one I like where the board is completely boring and almost incidental is "Trivial Pursuit." I really like board games where you move around, so I like "Life" and "Chutes and Ladders."
What will you be for Halloween this year?
I will be....passing out candy.
If you could stand at the pinnacle of any natural object or man-made structure, what would it be?
I'm having a vision of Jesus being tempted in the wilderness, standing at the top of the highest peak....

But anyway...once you get up that high the view is both incidental and somewhat pointless. While heights do not bother me in the least, I'm not sure standing at the top of something does all that much for me. I wouldn't mind being able to manage climbing all the fourteeners in Colorado....that would be very cool, and I enjoy the pleasure of the climb. Or rather, I used to; I couldn't manage it today without some serious training and preparation!
