1. What kind of salt and pepper shakers do you have?
How odd; I don't think I've ever mentioned this: I collect s&p. I have a bunch of ceramic ones from the 50s, and then a bunch of others, including some salt dishes and spoons. Our everyday ones are wooden ones we got as a wedding present.2. What was your first word? (Or if you don’t remember, what do you think it should have been?)
I have no idea. I was kid #5, and my mom had stopped keeping track of things like this by the time I showed up.3. Do you own Crocs? Do you ever find yourself judging people wearing Crocs?
It probably should have been "Mom" or one of my siblings' names.
I don't. I think they're ugly. I can't believe so many people have bought so many ugly plastic shoes. On the other hand, the only judgment I make about people (mostly women and girls) wearing them is that some people will fall for every trend.4. What was the last book you read?
"12 Sharp" by Janet Evanovich.5. How personal is the stuff you write about on your blog??
Everything I write is about me; I don't make shit up (though I wish some of it were invented). Then again, there are some boundaries I've set about what I don't (won't) talk about. Obviously, names are verboten, and so are some other totally internal things.
