When out shopping, do you prefer to use cash, check, or a credit card?

Depends what I'm buying. I'd prefer to pay cash. I never use checks anymore. If I don't have the cash, I use the debit card.

Would you describe yourself as a budgeter or a free spender?

Totally, completely 100% a budgeter, with guilt added in at cost.

Do you use coupons and watch for sales?

I used to clip coupons. I don't anymore; haven't for probably 5 years at least. Coupons are always for processed items, which I try not to buy.
I also used to watch for sales, but have found that I spend more time doing that than shopping, which is a waste of time, so I just buy what I need instead of getting all jazzed about buying things, mostly unneeded, that we don't need.

Where do you do most of your everyday shopping?

"Every day?" Holy shit; shoot me first! I only shop when I have to. Groceries: Sam's Club and Meijers. Otherwise, Target, Jewel, F&F, Menards, Home Depot, Kohl's....

Name a favorite store where you buy clothing.

We'll be making our biennial pilgrimage to Old Navy shortly to stock up on school clothes. I love Old Navy. Cheap clothes that are stylish and wear well.

If you could go on a shopping spree in ANY store, which would it be and why?

Circuit City. Or Home Depot. Or, ooooh, Staples!
