The Name Game

1. Are you named after anyone? If so, explain.

I was named by my sisters, because my parents picked horrible names for them. They named me after a friend of my oldest sister...
...and for many years, I didn't think they did much better in the naming game than my parents did with them.

2. Do you have your children's names picked out already? If so, is there any significance?

Yes. My child is 13. He's named after both of his grandfathers.

3. If you were born a member of the opposite sex what would your name have been?

I have no idea. Undoubtedly something biblical.

4. If you could re-name yourself what name would you pick and why?

I'm good with my name. I used to hate it, but the only thing I'd change now is to drop my husband's last name. Not because of him, but because I'm hyphenated and it's too long.

5. Are there any mispronunciations/typos that people do w/ your name constantly?

All of my names, except my middle name which I never use, are misspelled consistently.
