Today, I can honestly say it's about a 9. I rarely get below 5 (though earlier this month I was about as low on the scale as I've ever been).

Probably this morning when I asked Sparky if he was watching TV. Stupid: I knew he was.

What do you do/take when you are in pain?

Physical pain? If it's not major pain, I mostly whine a lot and take measures to alleviate it. If we're talking major pain, I go to the Lamaze breathing and get to a hospital.
