Friday Flowers

1. What is your favorite flower?

Heirloom roses. The kind that smell nice, have a good blossom, and THORNS!

2. If you could have fresh flowers in every room of your house, what would you have and why?

Roses. See above.
And tiger lilies.

3. What is your favorite floral scent?

Does vanilla count? I like lily-of-the-valley. Rose doesn't work with me. And not lavender.

4. Describe your dream garden!

Lots of rosebushes, like 4 or 5 dozen, of different sizes, varieties, types: floribunda, climbers, minis...

Herbs: mint, chives, chicory, sage (lots of sage).

Cedars. Blue spruces.

And in between everything: columbines of every possible variety.

By the way, I'll also be needing a gardener (or 5), because I really don't like gardens. If I can do that, I'd also like a good hedge maze.
