Saturday Six

Episode 108

1. What do you feel you are most successful at conserving or recycling? What are you least successful at conserving or recycling?
I save bloody-everything to reuse from plastic bags to clothes to tin cans! I'm worst at conserving time and peace. I could do better at conserving gas, too.

2. What's the most unusual piece of artwork in your home, and what drew you to it?
The only one I can come up with is the painting my second cousin gave us as a wedding present. It's a watercolor of Canyon de Chelly, and it's hanging in our living room.

3. You lose a button on a shirt. Do you sew it back on yourself, give it to someone else to sew on, or trash the shirt?
Eventually, I'll sew it back on. It may take awhile though.

4. Take this quiz:
Your Brain's Pattern

You're a simple thinker, and this is actually a very good thing.
You don't complicate matters when you don't have to.
You look for the simplest explanation or solution, and you go with that.
As a result, your mind is uncluttered and free of stress.

bu-shit
Not. in. any. respect. at. all. is. this. correct.
Annoyingly, it's the same answer I got last time.

5. Have you learned how to swim? If so, how old were you when you learned, and when was the last time that you actually went swimming?
I can't swim. I can face float for about 90 seconds and flail crazily across the shallow end of a pool to pass a high school test.

6. What's the last song you heard on a television show that you actually went out and bought?
Never have.
