1. Do you use a bag/sachel/wallet?
Yes. I carry only a wallet, in a soft-side bag. Which I came very near to destroying at PLA, so now I'm hunting for a new one.

2. Do you use the same bag/sachel/wallet everyday or change depending on your outfit?
Gack. One is confusing enough for me!

3. What do you carry in your bag/sachel/wallet?
In the bag is my wallet, my calendar and whatever books I'm reading/returning to the library. Also: kleenex, nail file, comb, pens, notebook, Tylenol, gum, chapstick, inhaler and other stuff I can't think of.
In the wallet I carry cash (duh!), license, one credit card, debit card, insurance card, misc. store rebate cards, and several business cards. No photos. No crap. If I don't use it, I don't carry it.

4. Do you check and change the contents of your bag/sachel/wallet before you go anywhere specific or do you take everything everywhere?
In the main, I take everything everywhere. However, if I'm shopping, I just take the wallet out. On trips, I rearrange some of the stuff, too.

5. How often do you have a good clean out of your bag/sachel/wallet?
It generally stays pretty clean. I tend to reorganize when things get out of hand, maybe twice a month, but not on a schedule. Really, the bag gets emptied every night, and I don't keep shit in my wallet.
