::Premium Web Service::
Onesome--Premium - Have you paid for any access to web services? What services? What are they like?
I pay for my unlimited Yahoo Music station, and we are subscribers to Consumer Reports. I think that's it. The former helps keep me somewhat sane at work--I really love it--and Consumer Reports is just handy to have access to at home.Twosome--Web - For the free stuff on the web, what it your favorite out there? What do you find yourself looking at everyday?
Blogger. Bloglines. Other people's blogs.Threesome--Service - What goes on in your mind when you're out and get bad service from a restaurant or store? Do you let it slide off your back like ducks do to water? Or, do you make sure the business knows your dissatisfaction?
Depends on what we're talking about. Sometimes I just grumble a lot, sometimes I complain. When there's unidentified "hard, crunchy stuff" at the bottom of my margarita, I complain, calmly (we think it was chopped up plastic). And don't eat there again. If it's just someone's first day and they are clueless, I don't worry about it. On the other hand, if it seems to be perpetual--every time I contact the doctor's office, for instance, to use a recent example--I bitch up a storm. I have no patience (ha ha) with bad customer service in the medical field.
